The studio of Brininstool + Lynch has a diverse cultural and social mix entwined with a Midwestern work ethic. Ultimately, it is about the work—getting it done expeditiously, thoughtfully, and with craftsman like detail. If you are interested in employment or a student internship at Brininstool + Lynch, please read the following information carefully.

Employment:
Please send a cover letter and a resume in an 8 1/2" x 11" format by mail that includes your contact information. The cover letter should address specifically why you want to work at Brininstool + Lynch, and what practical skills in drawing, computers, documents and model building you can bring to the firm. You can also include graphic examples as an attachment in 8 1/2" x 11" format.

Do not send email, CDs, or portfolios. They will not be reviewed or returned. You will be sent a confirmation letter that your resume was received by regular mail within thirty days of receipt. Unless there is an immediate position available, your resume will be ranked by ability and work experience and kept on file for up to one year. We review resumes on file when new positions open. If we have a position available that we believe you are qualified for, we will then ask you if you would like to interview with us.

Internships:
We continually have two student interns working in our office throughout the year. Student interns are paid an hourly wage, but there are no benefits available. Interns are required to be full time students who are seeking employment to fulfill co-op education requirements, or work opportunities during the summer.

Please send letter and resume by mail only to:
