As mid-block infill sites, 1333 & 1345 S. Wabash connect and enrich the composition of the surrounding streetscape in Chicago. The design is driven by the location and views, affording the residents with efficient floor plans prioritizing function and flow. The buildings' location offers easy access to a multitude of outdoor activities on Chicago's lakefront and in nearby Grant Park. A landscaped deck is situated between the two towers to preserve the views of the lake and downtown. Both projects are LEED certified and feature high-efficiency and high-performance materials and systems.
