This state-of-the-art post-production film editing and transfer facility, located on the first floor of a five-story office building, presented a dual challenge. The interiors needed to create a comfortable and dynamic environment for hosting clients while simultaneously supporting the operation of specialized technical equipment requiring separate electrical and mechanical systems.

To achieve this combination of high function and high design, Brininstool + Lynch located technical rooms requiring special equipment and controlled HVAC at the core of the floor plate. The reception area, offices, and corridors were arranged around perimeter windows to maximize natural light, visual warmth, and a sense of openness and accessibility throughout the space.
