Brad Fowler is a Principal at Brininstool + Lynch, where his projects have included Morse St, 180 N Ada, 343 W Schiller, 6th Street and Pensacola Place. His experience prior to B+L includes work in construction, development, and real estate, all of which informs his approach to our work. As such, he excels at switching focus from big picture considerations to finest construction detail. This ability translated well to the Morse Street project, which presented numerous challenges from its initial site constraints through the development of its iconic presence in the city. Brad has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Brad is a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the American Institute of Architects, Chicago Association of Realtors, and NCARB. Brad is a licensed architect in Illinois and Washington DC and serves on the Auxiliary Board of the Chicago Architecture Center.
