David Mulder is an Associate Principal for Brininstool + Lynch. David has worked on a variety of project types from planning and development through conceptual design to construction documentation. His current projects include two multi-family residences, Silo in Ontario, and Morse Street in Washington DC. David is Brininstool + Lynch’s digital design coordinator and is responsible for directing the firm’s early-stage 3D design and establishing its rendering aesthetic. Before joining Brininstool + Lynch, Mulder earned a M. Arch. Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he was awarded the AIA Henry Adams Medal. David’s previous experience includes working for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill as a senior architect. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and serves on the AIA Chicago Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Roundtable.
