David Mulder

Associate Principal

David Mulder is an Associate Principal for Brininstool + Lynch. David has worked on a variety of project types from planning and development through conceptual design to construction documentation. David has worked on multi-family residences such as Silo in Ontario and Morse Street in Washington DC as well as bespoke single family homes, including the Mariposa house and MP4. He is Brininstool + Lynch’s digital design coordinator and is responsible for directing the firm’s early-stage 3D design and establishing its rendering aesthetic. Before joining Brininstool + Lynch, David earned a M. Arch. Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he was awarded the AIA Henry Adams Medal. David’s previous experience includes working for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill as a Senior Architect. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and is a Co-Chair of the AIA Chicago Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
