B+L Selected as TA Provider for The Neighborhood Opportunity Fund

Brininstool + Lynch is excited to announce that we were selected to be a Technical Assistance provider for architectural services under the City of Chicago Neighborhood Opportunity Fund Program. 144 firms applied, but only 23 were selected for this opportunity.

The Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) awards grants to projects that have a catalytic impact on the neighborhood and lead to the construction or rehabilitation of new and existing, publicly accessible, commercial spaces (e.g. grocery stores, retail establishments, or restaurants) or cultural establishments.
