Sterling Partners
Chicago, ILLINOIS
2013
As part of a wave of businesses moving from the suburbs to Chicago’s Downtown, the private equity firm Sterling Partners, wanted a new space that reflected their larger business philosophy, “Inspired Growth.” Located on the 33rd floor of a prominent skyscraper, the new office delivers 360-degree views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and the whole of the city center. The high-finish clean-lined office space frames these views while providing a calm work environment. A mix of open office, informal seating areas, and glass enclosed conference spaces provide pragmatic and flexible collaboration options with plenty of room to grow.
